2008 Direct Oceanfront Market Update
for Hillsboro Mile, Highland Beach, Delray Beach, Gulf Stream & Manalapan
There were 13 "solds" and 1 under contract (see 2009 for the sold). Twice that of 2007!
This consistency, however, did not continue through the Fall & Winter.
Buyers are still coming in from overseas, looking for "deals". They are finding some.
